Welcome to Lighthouse Academy. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing our website, platform, and instructional services.
1.Enrollment & Access
Lighthouse Design Academy is a specialized branch of Lighthouse Academy. Access is granted upon successful verification of identity and payment. Accounts are non-transferable and restricted to the individual enrollee.
2.Refund Protocol
We offer a 48-hour "Mistake Window." If you enroll by mistake or realize the curriculum does not align with your trajectory within 2 days of purchase (and before completing more than 20% of the content), a full refund can be requested via hello@lighthousedesignacademy.com.
3.Proprietary Methodology
Our Rive motion architectures, Figma design system logic, and internal frameworks are proprietary assets of Lighthouse Academy. Users are strictly prohibited from re-teaching, re-packaging, or commercially redistributing these methodologies as independent training products.
4.Governing Law
These standards are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. By using the platform, you agree that any disputes will be handled with mutual respect through mediation before any further legal escalation is considered.
