At Lighthouse Academy, we treat privacy as a fundamental design principle. Our technical protocols are engineered to protect your personal data sovereignty.
1.Data Collection Scope
We collect information provided directly by you during enrollment: name, email, professional background, and billing information (processed via Paystack). We also utilize Google Analytics for anonymized traffic monitoring to improve our educational delivery.
2.Processing Purpose
Data is processed solely to provide core educational services, verify academic progress, and facilitate communication. We do not engage in automated decision-making or use student data to train artificial intelligence models.
3.Data Retention
Upon a request for account deletion, we retain personal data for a secondary window of 30 days for analytics auditing and platform improvement purposes, after which all PII (Personally Identifiable Information) is purged from our production environments.
4.Legal Compliance
